Challenge
Uvera faced several significant challenges, including difficulties with tracking the supply chain, finding the right supplier, and reducing food waste. Another issue was that the entire team lacked access to the company's supply and management system. In light of these challenges, the question becomes how we might improve restaurants' food supply chain workflow and management system to reduce food waste?
Result
In this project, our goal was to develop a product that addresses the needs and challenges of hybrid workforces, combining various aspects such as inventory management, shopping experience, team management, and future opportunities. To do this, we conducted an MVP scoping session to define essential use cases from the perspectives of employees and leaders and divided the features into four categories.
Based on this research and user interviews, we created wireframes and conducted advanced wireframes to explore and validate different user experience (UX) solutions. Through this process, we identified and addressed potential issues in the interface design phase, ensuring that the final product was intuitive and user-friendly.
The resulting product, Aurora, combines these four unique aspects with life-like interactions to provide a comprehensive solution for hybrid workforces. I was involved in the project from the initial design phase to the wireframe design stage, including workshops, research, UX design, and user testing. This allowed me to contribute my expertise and insights to the development process and help create a product that meets the needs of users.
